Instructions for Defective Claims
In order for us to process a defective part claim, please have your licensed technician contact the manufacturer of the purchased part and troubleshoot the part. Once the troubleshooting is complete and the part is deemed defective, your technician will receive a case number. You must obtain a case number in order to receive a refund for the defective part. Once you obtain a case number, insert it into the return form below along with your other completed information.
